How We Work
What CapitalXO Does
CapitalXO is a commercial capital intelligence platform. We provide research, educational content, and tools that help businesses understand and navigate commercial financing options.
Our Role
We are a commercial finance referral platform. We connect businesses seeking financing with lending partners who offer relevant products. Our role is informational and connective. We help businesses understand what financing options exist, how they work, and which may be appropriate for their situation.
What We Are Not
CapitalXO is not a lender, bank, credit union, or financial institution. We do not:
- Make loans or extend credit
- Make underwriting or approval decisions
- Set interest rates or loan terms
- Guarantee approval or funding
- Provide financial, legal, or tax advice
How Referrals Work
When you submit an inquiry through our platform, we may share the information you provide with one or more lending partners or financial service providers. Those partners evaluate your inquiry based on their own underwriting criteria and contact you directly if they can offer financing options.
You are under no obligation to accept any offer from a lending partner. Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to any financial product or relationship.
How We Are Compensated
CapitalXO may receive compensation from lending partners when a referral results in a funded loan or other financial product. This compensation model allows us to provide our content and tools at no cost to businesses seeking financing information.
Compensation arrangements do not influence our editorial content, the products we cover, or the order in which they are presented. Our content is produced independently of commercial relationships.
Your Responsibility
We encourage all users to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any financing arrangement. Compare offers from multiple sources, consult with qualified financial and legal professionals, and carefully review all terms and conditions before accepting any financing product.
